HEX and RGB values describe light on screens. CMYK uses ink, paper and a printing process, so a printed result can differ from what you see on a monitor.

Coated and uncoated papers absorb ink differently. Stock, finish, lighting, calibration and the source artwork can each change how a color is perceived.
