(Create Future) is not responsible for pricing discrepancies due to website errors. Product photos are illustrative only. Taxes and shipping charges are not included. (Create Future) is not responsible for errors in photography or typography. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. Products may vary in design. “Internet Commercial” is a registered trademark of (Create Future for Design & Printing LTD).

Pricing & Orders

• Quotes are valid for 30 days and exclude taxes.
• A minimum charge of $10.00 per item is required on Digitally Printed orders ($30 for Large Format).
• Prices, specifications, and promotions are subject to change at (Create Future)’s discretion.
• Finished image size may vary by ±2%.
• Over and underruns may vary by ±5%.
• Color variance up to 5% may occur due to print settings.
• Automated cutting may cause up to a 5% variance in shifting.
• Full payment is required before orders are processed. A 50% deposit is required for design-involved orders, with the balance due after approval and before production.

Custom Artwork
Custom Artwork is subject to a design charge at the current rate, billed in 0.25-hour increments. All changes must be requested together; subsequent changes may incur additional charges.

Design Approvals
Review all proofs carefully for color, size, and content. Approval releases (Create Future) from liability regarding the provided proofs. No projects will proceed to print without written approval.

Print-Ready Artwork
Print-Ready Artwork will be printed as submitted. (Create Future) is not liable for errors such as spelling, grammar, or color variance.

Images & Photos
(Create Future) uses only royalty-free images in custom designs. (Create Future) is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement issues.

Online Promotions
Promotions may not apply to retail orders unless stated. Promo codes are valid only under their specified requirements and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Claims
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made within five days of delivery. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the order as is.

Production Schedules

• Digital Printing: 24-48 hours
• Large Format Digital Printing: 3-5 business days
• Press Runs: 3-5 business days
• Gang Runs: Submit by Tuesday 5 pm, ready by Friday; submit by Friday 5 pm, ready by Wednesday.

Deviation from the production schedule by the customer will result in a change of delivery time. Rush orders may incur a rush charge.

Payment
Full payment is required to process orders. Processing will not begin until payment is made. (Create Future) is not liable for delays caused by delayed payments.

Refunds
All sales are final. Disputes must be presented within five business days. Refunds, if required, will be issued as store or online credit.

Order Approval & Proofing
(Create Future) is not responsible for proofing or reviewing orders unless a proof is requested. Orders are printed as submitted, and customers are responsible for final proof and layout verification. Proof requests may delay turnaround times.

Transfer of Title
Risk of loss and title passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. For electronic products, delivery occurs when the product is transmitted via email or is available for download.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Operation may not be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
(Create Future) is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of the site or its products.

Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless (Create Future) and its affiliates against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from a breach of this agreement.

Promotions are subject to change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated. All prices are in CAD and exclude taxes and shipping.
